our beachy bi-level condo is the escape you’re looking for, with a blend of comfort, style, and the conveniences of home Plus, on top of that, you’ll have access to fabulous resort amenities for the whole family in downtown South Padre Island.

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, direct access to the balcony, and its own private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and on the fourth floor (the loft), you’ll find the master bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.

- please note that the condo is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator
- guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay
- guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement upon booking confirmation
- guests will be required to provide a valid iD. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- all guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay
- depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met
- no more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted
- the rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- bbq grills are available in the designated “palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- no smoking of any kind inside the home! drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
